List of Khanh Tuong Ho Md's Reviews
I am not one to leave negative reviews. I know that we are all entitled to have a bad day and need grace when that happens. So, I went back to Dr. Ho a few times after the initial appointment, but each appointment left me feeling more awful than before the appointment. Her bedside manor was awful, she was very arrogant, did not make much eye contact and she would visibly roll her eyes when I had questions. I have never been made to feel that way with any other doctor. Her uncaring manor quite literally had me in tears and that’s when I made the decision that enough was enough and I searched for another doctor. Dr. Ho, if you ever see this - I had just found out that I was ANA positive and truthfully it felt like you were annoyed with me at each appointment. If you are someone that accepts constructive criticism, maybe show a little more empathy to your patients. That, ultimately, would go such a long way.
Dr. Ho is an awful physician. She prescribed me a low dose chemo medicine for RA. She didn't explain it to me. I broke out in blisters in my mouth and around my lips. When I called her about it she just said to stop taking it. Duh! I did that! Never a concern that she hadn't explained what this medication was. I never saw her again. I
I have to call every day to get my refills for my medican and her staff is very rude all of them if i call for my Medican they catch a attitude with me!!
I LOVE Dr. Ho. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She is quick and efficient, a no nonsense type, which I appreciate. But does know who I am and is aware of my case. My quality if life has improved immensely after seeing her, and I did see other Drs before her with my same issues that they didn't resolve. She keeps up to date and makes sure my care is effective.
Dr. Ho may seem distant at your first visit, but building a relationship with your patients takes time. I’ve seen her many times now and she remembers who I am as a person and not just a patient. To the people who have said she’s on her computer all the time you need to know that Doctors must take notes in order to revisit your files and remember your entire case. Before I met Dr. Ho, I suffered from severe pain and could hardly walk some days, but since seeing her my quality of life has improved immensely!
I will not return to see her. I saw her a couple of times and was hoping that the first time she just had a bad day. She comes in, doesn't even look you in the eyes and says, "so whats going on" You don't have a conversation with her as it's one sided. You try to tell her about your pain and she is just on the computer. If you ask questions she gets very defensive. Once she said to me "I'm just the doctor what do I know" I think you would be better off with someone else.
Dr. Ho is a terrible doctor.. she doesn't care about her patients! I told her all the problems I was having and she didn't care to help me at all. I will not be returning to her ever again. I advise those to find a doctor that love their job and care about their patients health!!
I saw her a couple years ago and never returned. She looked at my joints and some other arthritis related problems. She never touched me and seemed in a big rush. She seemed indifferent and distant
Very arrogant and impatient.
Very responsive and bright doctor. Took the time to really get to the root cause of my issues!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
