for the past two months no one will answer the phone to make an appointment for you, person that answers the doctors line is rude and will not give me an answer as to why this is. horrible service on front staff.and furthermore can not even get someone to call me back when i leave a message, very frustrating to say the least.

Dr. Leo Blaize is one of the nicest, most understanding doctor’s I have ever had. I would recommend him to anyone. Very understanding and caring. I hope he never retires!!!

When our regular physician moved from the practice into other areas of medicine we we recommended to seek Dr. Blaze. My wife had already seen him once and had been very impressed so we followed the suggestions from our established doctor prior to his departure and began using Dr. Blaize. The rest is history as far as we, my wife and I are concerned. It is safe to say that we were blessed with the referral as he has been magnificent and so accommodating. Dr. Blaize is not a "rushing doctor" as he takes the time to hear what you are concerns are and proceeds to discuss them with you and seeks to answer all of your questions and informs you thoroughly as to what methods and meds are available to deal with your given problem. We feel that he is one of a kind, one that really takes great care of his patients and fulfills his obligation as a physician to the max. We strongly recommend him.

Dr Blaize is the most compassionate caring and competent physician l have seen in over seventy years on this earth. God made a very fine oerson and physician when God created him. I just wish everyone had such a wonderful ohysician.

Dr Blaize is caring and knowledgeable and very supportive including his patients in his decisions. He has been able to tell me what is the cause of orobkems long before the medical test reports come back. Any patient would be very fortunate to be in his care.

I love Dr. Blaize! I have searched for a caring primary care doctor that I could trust in for years and haven't been able to find one until Dr. Blaize! I hate that he will be retiring soon! I am not sure who would be able to replace him!
