Dr. Dobson is amazing. She answers every question with patience and understanding. She is very kind, quick and efficient.

My husband and I saw her together. Dr. Dobson rushed into our examining room and I explained to her that I have had issues with basal cell cancers for 30 years now. She laughed. I told her I needed a thorough exam. She did not give me one. She gave each of us a perfunctory glance and sprayed her little can of stuff on us. My husband is also a doctor (a pediatrician). He was unimpressed. We refer to her as the drive-by dermatologist. Avoid if you need to be seen by someone who gives a rip. I see a derm in a different state now.

Dr. Dobson is always very thorough and professional in her demeanor, yet very warm and personable. She is very gracious and takes the time to speak with me and explain what she thinks is the diagnosis and how it should be treated. I’m very grateful to have such a fine physician treating me.

She biopsied my arm years ago & exactly what she diagnosed me with was what I had. Dr. Mary Dobson is an extraordinary physician who is well versed in her field. She has helped my elderly father, family, friends and including mysel from allergic contact dermatitis to care of healthy beautiful skin. I highly recommend Dr. Dobson!

Best of the best. Great side manner, highly intelligent and skilled, caring, kind. Made initial diagnosis of my husband's Merkel cell carcinoma (an extremely rare, aggressive cancer). We have been a patient of her's for over five years. Would recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist in the Baton Rouge area.

I trusted her over a period of time to treat and diagnose a blood blister type nodule on my ankle area. She’s treated and removed what she said was a planters wart. I went back to her because it came back so large this time but had changed to a pink colored lump. She cut it out and threw it in the trash. This ended up being skin cancer. I have been through 5 surgeries, radiation, hyperbaric treatments, acquired a staff mrsa infection and chemo. The cancer ended up spreading to my lymph nodes.
