My mom has been suffering from migraines. I brought her in on Saturday from false river because both urgent care facilities were not open from some reason here in new roads. I had great experience with Dr Neal when i was not well in the past. So I promised her she would be please with Patient Plus and the staff was fantastic. She said I really love this place and slept for the first time in 3 days. You can trust Patient Plus to take care of the people u love. thank you

Although I was feeling less than par, my visit to Patient Plus Urgent Care - Mid City on Florida Boulevard far exceeded my expectations.The online website provides the total number on patients currently waiting in line. This feature is very beneficial and helped me determine the best location to visit to reduce wait time.I was able to check-in online using the QR reader code posted on the front door. Because of this feature, I was able to sit in my car and complete my paperwork on my cell phone, which autofilled my general information and saved input time.I was called 5 minutes later and seen by the nurse as soon as I walked into the patient room. The physicians’ assistant was in shortly after and then followed by the nurse again with a shot of medicine. Both ladies were extremely nice, professional, quick, and efficient. My total time for the entire visit from check-in to check-out was 30 minutes.I highly recommend Patient Plus Urgent Care - Mid City on Florida Boulevard. Thanks again to Jayme Hardnett and her nurse for exceptional care!
