“AJ the PA” needs to really learn to listen to the patient or LEAVE the medical field! If I’m explaining something that clearly you and I can both see, do not cut me off and at one point I had to tell her sternly to lower her tone with me.I have never had to leave a doctor’s office and my last words to the attendant is “do not worry about it, you’re not trying to help me.”and then prescribes a steroid I should not be using. 🙄All and all, the pleasant part of the experience was the young lady that answered the phone prior to me calling and the ladies at the receptionist desk. Thank you to them.

From check-in to discharge my experience was awesome! Appreciated the safety measure taken to be able to scan a QR code to sign in instead of waiting in a crowded waiting room. Once I was prompted via text to come in to be seen I was taken right back...vitals taken, then assessment done right away. Was literally in and out in 30 minutes tops!!! The staff was both pleasant and professional. The entire office, including the wait area and treatment rooms were very clean and fresh! An extended THANKS to FNP-C, Blair Lousteau for her compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable patient care to me; she's definitely an asset there! Would definitely recommend St. George's Urgent Care to everyone.

I’ve come here several times. They make me feel confident in the confidentiality of my visit and comfortable because of the staff friendliness and great customer service. Even though under a higher volume of patients today got me in and out as quickly as possible! Building is always clean no matter what location I visit ! I recommend this place to anyone.

Easy, fast, and friendly staff. Got the app, checked in online and was able to put in my insurance and profile info through the app, so NO paperwork when I got there, just a less than 10 min wait and was outta there in about 20min. I almost don't want to spread the word and just keep it a secret. Lol.
