I'm so proud Dr. Arbour and my wife talked to me and reassured me it would be a piece of cake procedure and Dr. Paul S. Fitzmorris would be the perfect Dr. to correct my problem I was having. This is the BEST HEALTH DECISION I've made and so glad Dr. Paul Fitzmorris was there to make me fill comfortable and safe. My age is 75 and have never been sick, in the hospital, and no procedures at all. So, if I can do this anyone can. His bed side manner is magnificent, very knowledgeable, and very professional, just Outstanding. I give Dr. Fitzmorris two thumbs up, and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐he is absolutely the Best Dr. in his field. I would not use another Doctor knowing Dr. Fitzmorris is here for you, highly Educated in his field of medicine and Dee yh cares for your health. Martin Webre

Dr Fitzmorris is empathetic, sincere and humble. He has good rapport (bedside manner). He listened to what I had to say and wasn't hurried. I mention these specific attributes because they are sadly absent in so many physicians. Did I mention he's a damn good doctor?

Dr Fitzmorris is a very competent and caring doctor. He's compassionate, easy to talk with, and very thorough in his care of his patients. I would reccomend him. He also has a great staff!!

My experience with Dr. Fitzmorris was not pleasant. After experiencing pain from a fissure, he was very pushy about having a colonoscopy without much explanation. I find his bedside manner lacking. He didn't seem to listen to much of anything my wife and I were saying. He asked me the same questions I had already given answers to in previous visits. He was rude to my wife during a kidney stone episode when she called about side effects from the antibiotics they had me on. I was on time for my last appointment and had to leave to get back to work because he was running an hour behind. He marked my appointment as a no show. Will not be returning. I found another GI doctor I am happy with who is communicative, listens to my concerns, and treats me (and my wife) respectfully.
