Scott Nyboer's Online Review Report Card

I have been treated by Dr. Scott Nyboer for 20 years. He is in my opinion the best doctor in his field. Both me and my father are treated by him. He has treated us in a manner where we can actually live again due to the different treatments and medication that he is treated us with. In my opinion you could not ask for a better doctor for pain management. He is very up-to-date on new medication and will continue to do what is necessary to get you out of pain and increase your quality of life to the best extent possible. If he feels as though you need to see another doctor, he will refer you to a reputable doctor. I would not consider going to another doctor for any reason. I consider him a friend as well as my physician and appreciate the care that he gives me and my father.

Dr. Nyboer has been my doctor/friend for the last 22 years....by DESIGN, not coincidence! He has guided me through my Multiple Sclerosis since I was first diagnosed, visiting me in the hospital when I had severe exacerbations, and seeing me at regular intervals to check me over and prescribe the proper medications for my needs. He has ALWAYS been very attentive to my comments and questions, and continually makes me feel like I'm his most important patient! We have developed a sort of friendship over the years as well, and he has ALL of my trust and confidence! You are always in great hands with Doctor Nyboer!

Dr Scott Nyboer is very knowledgeable in his field. He pleasantly and clearly explained my condition. His understanding and perception of the injections resulted in a noticeable improvement of my discomfort. I was very satisfied and strongly recommend his services based on my results.

Dr. Scott Nyboer is an amazing doctor! He gives me plenty of time and never rushes me. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. He has given me two ESI injections and has completely cured me of my longtime back and leg pain. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Nyboer since 2015. I have had 3 LESI (spinal steroid injections) a year until 2020. I have had no relief. He does not think outside the box. My pain is head to toe including every joint! He has never referred me, or done anything to help. Just adds more meds. He now comes in the room and looks at the computer. Not the patient. I have had bloodwork done and made my own appointment to see an orthopedic doctor. After leaving a message for his nurse to please email me the lab work, I was told no, that medical records would do it. I was transferred to MR, and told they could not forward labwork because my Dr. had not signed off on the labs, and was gone for the weekend! My appointment is scheduled for Monday morning. I’m stunned that I’ve been stuck with a needle, lab values given, and not one human looked at it or cares! Even though his nurse said “you’re fine and we will see you in three months! When you live in pain every day, three months is an eternity!

He doesn’t care if the meds he gives you don’t work. I don’t know why he ever became a Pain Management Dr because your pain will not be relieved with his help no matter if your records and tests prove you have a painful disease! Waste of time and money .

Excellent doctor, willing to try different medications if things are not working. A little hard to communicate with as it seems to be a lot of wasted time typing information into a computer . I have 7 different doctors I have to deal with and this seems to be a common problem. As with other things, it appears to be due to government regulations. Too much paperwork when a Doctor's valuable time should be spent on diagnosis and treatment. This is aggravated by a progressing severe hearing loss on my part that slows things down even more. Dr. just needs more time to be a doctor.

Fantastic physician. Very thorough and genuinely concerned about helping me find relief for my painful neurological condition. Would highly recommend Dr. Nyboer!

If I could give a half of a star I would, I have had 7 back surgeries and have had so many ESI injections its pathetic, when I first started coming to Dr. Nyober it SEEMED he could help. But after hundred of thousands of dollars spent, and years of major narcotics.... EVERYONE AT NEUROMEDICAL IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY, THEY WILL NOT HELP. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND STAB YOU IN THE BACK!!!! After I had a rod come loose on my tailbone, they kissed ass, but only for a short time. After that I was just a number to them, that is all, they have no intention of helping unless, you know someone on their staff. Or if you have GREAT insurance, but a lot of money is STILL suggested if you choose to see these people.... GOOD LUCK
