Kelly B from Tickfaw, you are absolutely correct! I have had nothing but problems with this agancy as well. They can never tell the truth. I have been waiting for very needed services for my mom since Jan. 6. She has a bad UTI and I cannot get the treatment she needs. She also need a therapist for her hand and I have yet to hear anything from that. I am so furious right now. In need of a new agency ASAP!
