I usually don't write reviews, but the office managers in Dr. Vick's practice are rude, incompetent and lazy. My insurance has requested documentation from them for over a month now with no success. Not only have I not received my compensation, but I am on the verge of being evicted from my home. I have had the insurance company submit the forms to the office over 3 times now, and they have misplaced them, lost them or just threw them away. They no longer answer my calls, and it is terribly upsetting given my situation. If the forms were filled out on time, they would not have to avoid my calls. I hope someone other than them read these reviews because my brother needs help! Dr. Vick has saved my brother, but his office manager Chris is ruining his life.

I had surgery in Aug this year. They took the longest time getting the insurance documents back. Now the insurance fax documents on the 4 of October that haven't been returned. It's the 26. When I called to check on them. I felt disrespected the way the nurse talking to me about it. First she said they didn't have it and was giving me the fax number. When someone informed her of the document that's been there since the 4 of October. So unprofessional the way I was treated.

You will need to block off 1/2 day for the appointment. He has a permanent sign posted in the waiting room that states he’s running 1 hour behind.

My appointment was for 10:40. I was called to the back at 11:45. He spent less than 10 minutes with me which included doing a scope. Told me my bladder prolapse was not bad (although it was a level 3 and was causing pain), but he can do surgery or I could go to my gynecologist for a pessary because he did not know anything about them. Not at all happy with this doctor.

Dr. Vick is wonderful he is very patient he answers all of your questions and I am very pleased with him And he is very honest he does very neat work also

Horrible experience, waited over 2 hours for each appointment, ended up having my PCP draw the labs he refused and found out my levels were extremely elevated. Dr. Vick frequently quadruple books appointments. Would Not Recommend. for hormone replacement therapy. Does a great vasectomy though.

He’s the best doctor that I’ve ever been to and for the first time in over 6 years I’m feeling at lot better and I’m sure after I’m all heeled up from surgery a week ago I’m going to feel better then I have in a long time He’s The Best and Jenny Tracy his nurse they are the best everyone in his office knows what they are doing thank God for all of them and thank you to everyone

Dr. Vick is very talented in the OR and we are greatful for his skill set! People complain about long wait times but I can say he is worth the wait! Thankful for caring and down to earth Doctors like him.

The reason he always runs behind is he takes as long as needed with everyone and doesn’t turn anyone away in need. Amazing Doctor!
