Dr. Murphy and his team immediately put me at ease as soon as I made the phone call to make an appointment. Dealing with tinnitus and migraines, Dr. Murphy was able to rid my anxiety of head issues and lead me on a path to feeling better.

He is the best! He is clinically And surgically highly skilled. He is very caring in his manner and has a way of alleviating patient anxiety. At the same time there is a quiet confidence about him that reassures patients that they are in the best of hands. His communication skills and availability are superb.

Front office is confrontational at best If she- his staff- had gone to medical school she might care more about the patients..... Murphy is a good doc, but you have to deal with his receptionist....makes you wonder why he doesnt notice!!!!!wakey wakey!

I have been seen by Dr. Murphy on several occasions. He's very knowledgeable. He's very pleasant to work with you. If your deaf he will find a way to communicate with you. Victoria the audiologist is great. She's very humble and knows what she's doing. Patricia the front desk secretary is also pleasant and friendly! Just be prepared to pay when you come.

A real person answered the phone and took care of my apt scheduling right away. When I arrived I waited maybe 5 mins and he came out to get me - not a nurse or staff member but himself! Then his exam was extremely thorough and the second visit was the same. He explained it so clearly. This man is amazing and I highly recommend him!
