Really love this place especially the convience of the location, really hate that they're moving on Perkins Lane. From the receptionist, nurses, and medical providers are very professional and nice. They take the time to listen to you and figure out solutions and answer to your health problems or concerns. They make you feel valued and not just a number.

Dr. Shirley Griffy is wonderful!!! I had a very bad experience with a psychiatrist over 40 years ago and I refused to ever see one again. But I have suffered many lots of TRAUMA in the last 20 years. My General practitioner has helped me with. Prescriptions for my problems. But she. Told me that I. DEFINITELY needed to see a psychiatrist. So I with Hesitation. I made an appointment with Dr Griffey. I felt very comfortable with her from the very first. Visit... She has helped me enormously. I do very thankful for HER.. she is a very kind person and wouldn't see anyone else... The office staff is professional and friendly. I appreciate my GP. Referring her to me. I will definitely recommend Dr. Griffey to family and friends..... After reading some of the other reviews. I decided to add this . MY OPINION AND MY EXPERIENCE is that if you call the main number to THE BATON ROUGE CLINIC... ASKING ANYTHING ABOUT THE PSYCHIATRIST DEPARTMENT... IT WILL BE A BAD EXPERIENCE AS THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT HELP YOU AT ALL.. MESSAGES LEFT DONT EVEN GET A CALL BACK... THOSE PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY IN A TOTALLY SEPARATE LOCATION AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT PSYCH PATIENTS... I SUGGEST CALLING THE ACTUAL LOCATION FOR PSYCHIATRIST DEPARTMENT AS THEY GET THINGS DONE AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND AND HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL...
