Dropped off girlfriend. She works there. Nice place with 18 beds for terminally ill. Handicapped parking and entrance. Employees masked and friendly.

The care my mother received at Carpenter House was beyond my expectations. She was comfortable and happy the entire time. The genuine love and kindness given to our family was so comforting.

Both my adopted daughter and my adopted mother passed away peacefully at Carpenter House. My daughter passed in 2014 to where my mom just passed this year in February there. The staff was great with both family members and very tentative to their needs and ours. They allowed me to spend a little time with my daughter as it was very hard for me to say goodbye to her. I wasn't able to get to my mom before she passed. But I have no doubt they were great with her as well. Thank you to all the Nurses and Staff for what you have done for our family! We appreciate it very much!

Hospice is such a scary word for me because I know the possibility of the end. All I can say is I've never in my life experienced such a peaceful passing. From the homelike environment to the care of the staff the experience was impeccable. After my Step-dad passed they allowed my Mom to call our immediate family. We was able to cry, lovingly touch him, share memories and say our goodbyes... IMO this experience (seeing them in a comfortable bedroom like setting) is better than seeing them for the first and last time at the funeral. Thank you all for making his transition as peaceful and pain-free as possible. He was a good hard working man that kept us smiling and deserved the care he was given.

The Carpenter's House did a good job of taking care of my mother for the two weeks she was under their care. My mother's care manager nurse Brittany was wonderful. When my mother started getting worse, nurse Mary Alice was excellent as she did everything possible to get my mother over to the Carpenter's House for continued hospice care. At the Carpenter's House, nurses Tiffany during day shift and Brittany during night shift provided my mother with excellent care. Tiffany was so helpful, considerate, and thoughtful in helping in all ways possible to keep my mother comfortable during the time she transitioned. During the transitioning phase of life, my mother was made very comfortable and was at peace when she passed. CNA Margaret was excellent as she truly is wonderful at keeping your loved one clean and comfortable. She is a hard working lady and makes sure everything is to your expectations.

My grandmother-in-law passed away peacefully here last weekend. The CNA, Anthony, was nothing short of amazing, and the nursing staff was spectacular with keeping her painless and easing her anxiety. Their empathy and care made a difficult situation just a little bit easier. Thank you all so much.

These people were exactly what our family needed at such a hard time. They are perfectly equipped to do what they do! May the Lord continue to bless and use these dear people.

Most wonderful and caring people you could imagine in a time of need they are there for the patient and also the family.. I cannot think doctor gallery and his team of nurses at Saint Joseph hospice and carpenter house for being there for my mother and her care... They were the most compassionate people and the health care World ever... I would like to think Lorna, Tiffany, Kendra,, Melissa, And the whole nursing team at carpenter house sorry if I couldn't remember you all you were all great... I would recommend this facility to anyone and need of hospice care they are number one on our list we couldn't have asked for better people also I would love to give a shout out to Shelley the social worker for all the hard work that she has done.. Thank you so much Saint Joseph and carpenter house....

Our family could not have asked for more caring or dignified treatment for our ailing Dad. We were blessed to find these folks.

The entire staff are very welcoming and attentive. To a person, they treated us like family. The facility has many different rooms, including a wonderful little chapel, where family and friends can go to be by themselves or together. The kitchen always has coffee and daily doughnuts, and someone typically brings food.It's a perfect balance of home and hospital without being too stuffy or clinical. The Carpenter House was a very comfortable place to be when we needed it most.
