I left a review back in april with one star but it seems to have vanished so i will try again.. I was due for a surgery back in april and i went up there to get the paperwork for the next day surgery... I waited in the waiting room with the other patients for 20 minutes , thats not a big deal, here is where the problem starts.....Dr. Wills head nurse comes out and calls my name but i guess failed to see me and INSTANTLY shuts the door before i could even stand up! I hurried to the door to no avail it was locked so i knocked on it and nobody was around... So i waited another 20 minutes or so and she comes out and calls another patient back.. even made eye contact with me this time.. I was so dumbfounded i just left.. I have been living in pain ever since to the point i cant sleep well and it hurts just to sit down.. I can't take it anymore and i have scheduled another appointment with a general surgeon to hopefully fix my problem once in for all... Dr. Wills is great. his staff NO!!

I find myself surprised at those who have offered complaints about Dr. Will's staff or Dr. Wills. I have been a patient under Dr. Wills care for a number of years with no complaints. He has been professional, yet personable; his procedure and testing protocol is thorough. On one occasion he personally called me about a test finding - a surprising event considering that with most medical professionals it is a staff member making such calls. His staff has been nothing but personable; they may be busy and a bit rushed on occasion, but never rude or uncaring. I have no complaints; I have -and will continue- to use and recommend his services.

I wish I would’ve had the same experience! Unfortunately I had to cancel my surgery because I was not well taken care of. Trying to decide if I should reschedule with another doctor and start all over from scratch or just live with the pain the rest of my life

Dr Wills great. Ladies out front in office area not so much. Lack of empathy and grace. Especially scheduling/billing supervisor. Due to insurance issue which is being resolved, I was denied my office visit even though I offered to pay for today’s visit.

Excellent, if anything I was the obnoxious one. Dr. Wills and staff went above and beyond in my time of need. I was in the waiting room no more than 10 minutes. After seeing me and seeing the amount of pain I was in he immediately sent me to have a procedure done to remove my stones. The E.R. doesn't expedite that quickly. Thanks Dr. Wills and Crew Danny F.
