Very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and likeable. The staff takes time to listen to your concerns, never feeling rushed or unimportant during my visits. The customer service is excellent. They were so thoughtful, so thorough, I felt confident knowing they were working to get me better. The fact that they knew the name of patients upon entrance to the office window, was so impressive. So on my 2nd visit, they addressed me before I gave my name. I highly recommend Dr. Girod and staff.

Great customer service and they care

I enjoy working on keeping up with my health with Dr. Girod. I had a spinal cord injury back in 2020 and have seen many of Doctors. I feel seen with Dr. Girod and him and his team are very helpful and answer any questions that I have.

I am a grandson of his and I have to say from the moment of birth to now in my life he is really patient with not only his patients but his family as well and being his grandson is an honor to have

Like one of the previous reviews stated, Dr. Girod takes his time with his patients. I’ve been a patient for over a year now, and his treatment thus far has been spot on. I would definitely recommend giving this doctor a try if you’re searching for a new primary care physician.

I've been going to this office for a couple of years. I've never had an issues with billing like I saw in a previous review. The entire staff treats me like family. I'm so glad I switched to this doctors office, my previous doctors office was always so busy you were just a number and it took forever. Over here, they get you in and out quickly. Dr Girod sits down with you, takes him time and talks to you each and every time you go for a visit. He's never rushing you out or giving the impression that he's got somewhere better to be. I have several other family members who have switched to Dr Girod and they love it.

The staff is very nice and courteous; however, I am not sure they have a good understanding of how insurance works, nor do they work well with insurance providers. This was the second year in a row that I was billed incorrectly for my routine physical and have been on the hook for payment for a procedure that I believed was part of the physical. Never did I request this procedure. Be sure that you question every service you receive and make sure it is covered or not. Now I have to jump through hoops to fix this problem that should never have been a problem in the first place.

My family has been going to Dr. Girod for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. He is so kind and attentive and takes the time to actually listen to my concerns. He has helped us through some medical scares with my parents and we are so thankful to have him.
