Dr. Katzenmeyer was referred after my appointment with another ENT had to be rescheduled. He is VERY professional and takes the time to explain what needs to be done, why and then follows up with results. He answered all of my questions (although I didn't like what I heard, lol), and we came up with a game plan. I like that he listened to my issues and we addressed them.

He fails to talk to patient with sufficient information about the treatment or procedure. You have to dig into him to find the details of what he did in his procedure, his findings, etc. He does not explain the side effects of pain medicines he prescribes and what could be a reasonable alternative to try. This is an unacceptable shortcoming of a doctor.

I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. He listened to my problem and addressed it quickly for me and my Family Trip! Couldn’t have done Thanksgiving with out Dr. Katzenmeyer and staff! Thank You for that!!!
