I met Dr. Waggenspack a couple years ago when he treated my athlete son for his injuries, so it was a no brainer about who to see for my own. Dr. Waggenspack and his PA was very thorough with me. They took their time and explained what was happening with my shoulder. The great part is he presented the treatment options and let me decide what I wanted. He also gave me his direct line so that I can call him to let him know if what I chose is working or if my pain is ongoing. If the treatment doesn’t work we move to the next best option. What more can you ask for when your doctor listens and involves you in your treatment. I have already told others about him.

Very attentive, knowledgeable staff from sign in desk to x-ray to Dr. Waggenspack's nurse to the doctor himself. Felt heard with compassion and genuine consideration for my health concerns.

Wame has done both of my shoulders over the last 2.5 years, which were my 11th and 12th orthopedic surgeries over the last 15 years. They don't get any better than Dr Waggenspack. He used a bovine implant on my rotator that has worked well and is supposed to have a better recovery than the traditional methods. I have more use of my shoulders than I have in years.

Dr. W is highly skilled. He repaired a right shoulder rotator cuff in Feb. 21 then after I fell he repaired a separated right shoulder. I am pleased with is work and the way he conveys his message regarding treatment. Cant go wrong with this kid!

What a pleasant surprise to be treated in a timely, friendly, professional manner by everyone at BROC. Despite the size of the practice, i received Individual attention and great care. Would highly recommend Dr Waggenspack and his entire team.

Wrecked a motorcycle at Michelin Road Atlanta Motorsports Park. Complete dislocation of the right arm at the shoulder. Destroyed the rotator cuff and labrum, severed the bicep muscle at the shoulder, and severed the pectoral muscle. Dr. Waggenspack came highly recommended by two other Orthopedic Surgeons whom I respect completely. When THEY recommended Dr. Waggs... I knew I would be in good hands. Every aspect of his diagnosis, surgery, treatment and follow-up was above and beyond my expectations, and the recommended physical therapy regimen is helping me to heal ahead of schedule. If you EVER need shoulder work, this guy is the tip of the top in his specialty. Thank you so much for the awesome bedside manner, care and concern for my total recovery.
