This place is definitely different than the last 3 places we have been to for P.T. Most of them try to rush you out the door & this place works with you to get back to doing more. I walked in with a sore spot in the lower back & walked out with out the sore back after Chris gave me a good stretchPlus they listen to your needs & focus on what helps. So your input really helps & they help fix the problem. Thanks for the helpful tips

My PT Veronica did a very thorough and impressive evaluation. She has given me the best care for my situation. She is very knowledgeable, caring and concerned. She works with me on my therapy and critiques my at-home exercise so we can get moving and active again. A very nice and professional staff as well. I loved that Veronica is my main therapist ( and don't see someone different every time, which happened a time or two but she always knows what's going on with me.) recently due to staff shortages it's been getting harder to get appointments. I still give them five stars

I had my evaluation done here oh, I got exercises to do at home and wanted one physical therapist to be in charge of all of my therapy instead of someone different each time. I got someone different on the second visit. They want me to come to therapy 3 times a week but don't have enough staff to accommodate. So far the therapy is going okay but I don't notice a huge change yet in my core strength. I'm going to keep at it and see if it makes a difference. I would really like to have the same therapist each time

I received the best care here at Fyzical. All of the therapists, PTA's and office staff are just wonderful. I feel confident again with my body and they gave me the tools to stay that way for a long time. So grateful for them. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks!

Fyzical worked with the Va to provide therapy post of for torn quadricep tendons in both knees. They instantly worked to help me regain range of motion and strength. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable and professional. I like coking in and would recommend this company to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They tried very hard to help me and I recommend them for treatment. Dry needling did not work for me. I found the insertion of the needles too painful. However, I appreciate it may work for others. The reason I stopped attending is that I discovered by accident that not all staff had been vaccinated against Covid. With my age and immune system, in spite of me being vaccinated, I was not prepared to take that risk. When a therapist is working with you and they have chosen not to be vaccinated, then they should let you know from the outset. Hence my giving 4 stars, not 5.

intake therapist was totally distracted and admitted he had "seven things going on at once" He left me in the room in the middle of our discussion and after 10 minutes, I ended up leaving and will find another place.
