The provider and staff was very kind from the moment I walked in the door. The provider listened to all my concerns and addressed them with the fullest of intentions to have me feeling better. I was in and out within an hour, but didn't feel like I was rushed out the door.

Misdiagnosed by the NP, she just guessed what was wrong with my daughter. And she was so WRONG!!!! I could have googled symptoms myself and saved a trip. It was so bad I had to go to another urgent care when I left there and she was immediately diagnosed correctly and treated with the correct antibiotics and now she is better. Then the doctor in charge knew how bad the NP screwed up he called me himself to apologize after reviewing her chart the next day!! This visit was a joke and a complete waste of time, money, and resources. I will never bring my kids to this urgent care again. The provider in this clinic has NO medical knowledge at all.
