The lady that works at the front desk is pretty rude and sassy. She made me feel stupid and like a burden. While I waited in the front for my husband I could hear her talking about other patients that were annoying.

I honestly don't feel like it's the Dr. It's the workers. The receptionist is rude very nasty attitude. Everytime I call to schedule with Dr Felton he's unavailable. She always wants to schedule me with someone else. And she then proceeded to say you can't come this week everyone is on vacation. So who was gonna see all the patients today. Very unprofessional. Highly unrecommend

Dr Felton is a very good compassionate Dr the hospital staff loves him as much as his patients. I have been blessed to be one of his patients

I’ve been seeing Dr Felton and staff for a year. I really love the staff and I usually see the PA or NP and I’ve never been disappointed. I live in Alexandria and I drive 1.5 hours to see my good people over in Church Point

Dr. Felton and staff are phenomenal , their care goes above and beyond for all your needs , definitely will be recommending his office to all my friends, you don't have but maybe a 10 minute wait . His practice is a great asset to the medical field Sincerely, Sandy

Wait time fair but care and professionalism are excellent. My medical work ups were very appropriate. Dr. Felton is responsible for diagnosing and treating my Sjorgren's Syndrome and helping stabilize my Psoriasis. He includes me in the agreed on plan of care and treatment. VERY satisfied with my years of service. Highly recommend Dr. Felton and his Nurse Practitioners, Fernando and Teryn. Nursing staff are kind and courteous and always greet me with a smile. My privacy is well maintained. 5 stars for Dr. Felton and his staff.

I was eleven minutes late had to change my son's pooh diaper i got there i over heard the staff talking about me , one called my name saying with attitude i was to late I had to reschedule my appointment . I said over eleven minutes trying to explain why I was late the lady behind the desk just kept saying you were late never did let me explain. Rude staff dirty floors and broken blinds . needs to be cleaned and new blinds just feels dirty i will never go there again or tell anyone to go there
