List of William G. Terral's Reviews
I've seen Dr. Terral 3 times. The first time was after I had seen someone else for the initial problem, but the other Dr. did nothing--not even x rays. I have severe erosive osteoarthritis and psoriatic arthritis (duration 30+ yrs) Dr. Terral x rayed my hands and went over the x rays in great detail. He was very thorough, and did a great job of educating me and making sure I understood everything.
Dr. Terral explained what he would do to repair my carpal tunnel and trigger fingers. He described alternative treatment options. His staff was always very friendly.
What a terrific physician. We had a horrible emergency with a family member who accidentally partially amputated his finger. It was in the evening, everyone was gone for the day. Dr. Terral came in to the hospital within the hour, took my nephew to surgery, reattached the finger and was so kind, answered all my questions and treated us with the utmost respect. I would recommend him highly.
Excellent job with diagnosing my problem! Will continue to go back!
Dr. Terral had preformed two carpal tunnel releases for me. He was wonderful, professional, understanding, and kind. I would see him again if there was a need but he has done such a great job I don't think I will never need help with my hands again.
I had a very poor experience. He said he had no idea as to what was bothering my wrist even with an MRI. Once treatment plan caused pain to increase he said that one particular visit would be put on hold until he could speak with the MRI radiologist. I was told not to pay the co-pay since the visit was not officially over until I could be brought back in to discuss what he learned. I never received a return call and I tried calling 4 times after. They then almost sent my "visit" to collections.
He explains everything and spends the time needed to help you understand exactly what is going on. I would highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
