My family had a deeply troubling experience with Dr. Ha. In hindsight, it is clear that a critical error was made that caused significant harm to my father's health and well-being. Our ordeal began when my father, who has a history of vascular issues, sought the services of Dr. Ha, a podiatrist, to address a minor foot condition. Without conducting a thorough vascular assessment, Dr. Ha impulsively decided to perform a procedure to remove an adhesion from my father's foot in the office minutes after looking at it. This decision, made without adequate consideration of my father's age and medical history, would prove to be disastrous. The consequences of this impulsive move were severe and life-altering. Instead of improving my father's condition, the procedure led to a persistent wound that simply would not heal. There was never any urgency to solve this issue and we had to seek out a wound care clinic on our own. Over the course of eight agonizing months, my father's quality of life deteriorated rapidly. He went from mowing his own lawn to being barely able to walk. Since he was unable to walk without a walker this led to a weakened state which led to a fall. It was only after seeking two second opinions from qualified medical doctors that we learned the extent of the damage caused by Dr. Ha's hasty decision. These second opinions highlighted that the procedure should never have been undertaken without a comprehensive vascular assessment, given my father's medical history and age. This realization left us deeply frustrated and angry that my father's suffering was entirely avoidable. Our experience with Dr. Ha has been nothing short of a nightmare. His impulsive actions have had profound and lasting consequences on my father's health and overall quality of life. We strongly advise anyone seeking podiatric care to exercise caution and to ensure that the practitioner thoroughly evaluates their medical history and condition before proceeding with any procedures. Additionally, it is important to understand that Dr. Ha is not a Doctor of Medicine, something we did not realize.

Dr. Ha is very knowledgeable, very empathetic and takes the time to explain everything in detail which made me much more comfortable with the surgical procedure I needed. I would recommend him to anyone.
