Dr. Rolston is extremely knowledgable and informative. He is patient. He always spends plenty of time with you. He answers all of your questions. He is up to date on the latest medications.

I really like Steele Rolston as a doctor. I will give him a 5. I have seen him for over 20 years and consider my allergies as good as they can be. My problem is his staff. They are rude and snippy. They need customer service training.

Dr. Rolston listened, treated, and took care of my whole family. A very experienced and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Rolston and his office are amazing. Dr. Rolston is the most well educated pulmonologist I have experienced. He explained everything to me so clearly and has helped me dramatically with my asthma and allergies. Dr. Rolston and his office are extremely professional but also personal. They can always answer any questions you have at any time. My family is forever grateful for Dr. Rolston and his staff. If you or a loved one experience asthma, allergies, or other sinus issues, I highly suggest this office because they are the only office to ever give me solutions to my asthma problems. Since I have been under Dr. Rolston’s care, I have not had to take any breathing treatments or even my inhaler. This doctor has changed my life and my future. Thank you Dr. Rolston and staff.

Has a God complex. He won't let you even question something if you have concerns, especially things that haven't been researched throughly this past year. Demonizes and goes on a tirade if don't want a vaccine for genuine health reasons that could cause adverse reactions.

Dr. Rolston is very knowledgeable, a good listener, and explains medications and procedures in layman's language.

Office is usually prompt and pleasant, unfortunately inconsistent as well. There is no way I saw the provider over one week ago and I’m still waiting on a signature for an injection he started me on, that I am not supposed to stop taking. Here I am having problems and having to start the therapy over due to the provider Rolston not signing his own order in a timely manner. I used to recommend this office but I won’t again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Wish I could give zero stars. First of all, Dr. Rolston is really into pushing medications. Over the period of a year, he put my daughter on a number of medications that all had terrible side effects. We would tell him about the side effects and he would act like we were crazy. Finally, we ended up in a position to get allergy shots that supposedly had no side effects because the formula was going to be based on my daughter's blood work. Well, she goes off to school and for 6 weeks is sick off and on (btw, she's a voice major so allergies really affect her school work) while we waited for his staff to get everything taken care of on their end so that we could get the shots shipped to her. Well, during that 6 weeks Dr. Rolston's office lost my daughter's chart three times--once for over 3 weeks ON HIS DESK. But then, after admitting to us that they dropped the ball on her paperwork and insurance approval, they proceeded to lie about the entire situation. Then, after we had become completely frustrated by the incompetent staff and total disconnect between the office staff and medical staff, Dr. Rolston calls to defend his staff, accusing us of lying even though his office people literally admitted to everything they did wrong. In addition, Dr. Rolston changed his own story about the situation three or four times during the conversation, basically showing his own character as a complete liar (you have to wonder how much of anything said is actually true when they come from someone who lies so quickly and easily during a conversation). And to top it all off, instead of being apologetic for his office continually dropping the ball on the this thing for a month and a half, he was instead rude, condescending and beyond arrogant.
