Waited 1 1/2 to be seen for 5 minutes with no resolve to my ear pain. Was billed for 45 minutes. Called but received no help from admin or doctor as to why being overbilled. My son sees another ENT doctor that provides more services and 100.00 less. Just be aware. There are better doctors on the northshore. Suggest to go elsewhere.

I had an appointment here, but when I called to find directions to the location the receptionist wouldn't help me. She claimed I was not on the list when I had clear text confirmation of my appointment. She was very rude to me, and when I asked her if I could just come by to show her the text confirmation, she called me "sweetie" and said I'd most likely called the wrong office. I had taken off work for this appointment. This was completely unprofessional, and I would recommend finding a different ENT to see. I found Kyle McMullan and am extremely happy with his professional staff and his personable and knowledgeable insight to my medical issue.

After having a negative experience somewhere else, we went here and he was a breath of fresh air. Our concerns were heard and things were explained the other Dr refused to address.

Dr. Lebert and his staff are the absolute BEST!! They are all super friendly and helpful...I've had a tonsillectomy and turbinate reduction with Dr. Lebert and both were actually very pleasant experiences. He is so skilled at what he does and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr. LeBert is top-notch in my book. His caring and compassionate staff are definitely a compliment to him as well. I would recommend ENT and Allergy Clinic to anyone with ear, nose and/or throat issues.

Dr Lebert and his staff are absolutely amazing. In a world where the health care profession has left much to be desired. This Dr and his staff are inspiring I have never had a procedure where EVERYTHING was PERFECT. They were. Jeffery Daigle and Dr Lebert's staff were also incredible. My procedure was done at the Surgical Center off of Imperial Drive. The nurse DeRon (also amazing). I would highly recommend this Dr and his staff. You will not regret it. Thanks for raising the bar. Keep up the fantastic work.
