Dr.Guillory is hands down the best dr around . He has been my dr for 20+ years. Through miscarriages , live births , and a stillborn , this man has been wonderful. He has a good heart . Always takes his time to explain everything . I would give 10 stars if I could .

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Dr. Brian and his staff. They treat us like family , despite the language barrier with my wife (Spanish speaking) they are very patient with us. Dr. Brian Gives us all the time we need at each visit and explains everything thoroughly. From the first visit with Dr. Brian back in 2021 my wife felt very comfortable. Fast forward May 2023 we have a 3 week old baby delivered by Dr. Brian.

Won't let me choose 0 stars but this man is rude. My partner is a first time mother and this man came into the room and accused us of smoking during the pregnancy. We told him no we quit as soon as we found out we were pregnant. His response was" well that's interesting, I think I smell smoke." Then proceeded to tell her that she is high risk but didn't offer any information even at the point we asked for info on what we could do to help her just told us the information is easy to find. Like could you do anything with a little compassion? When leaving my gf was in tears and I instantly called a new obgyn and we will not be back to Dr Brian.

Dr Brian Guillory gave me my life back after he carefully adjusted my hormones so I could function on a level I never thought possible. Dr Guillory is there for his patient’s more than any doctor I’ve ever been to.

Best Dr ever! I was very high risk and all of the other doctors I went to advised me not to go through with my pregnancy. He walked me through it with complete assurance that things would be fine. He consulted with my neurologist and my endocrinologist the entire time. He changed my diet, checked up on me, not his nurses, HE called. He took care of my skin and my tummy afterwards. My son was coming, this Dr left a trip in Virginia early to deliver my son. (tears) He hugged my boy like he was his. He saw us about 7 months later in a gas station, he was with his family. The man came to the car to hold him and he was tearing up. My son is a big beautiful boy, none of the health issues the other Doctors swore upon him have ever manifested. He only has eczema, lol. Jojo plays football, cello, and is an academic beast! Ladies, it is 15 years later, I live in Texas and will have to have a hysterectomy, now. I am going to Covington to see him next week. I trust him with my life. He is a God send. If you have ever had a poor experience, let him know, I’m sure it was a fluke. He is a God fearing man and he loves people. My daughter, my mother, my sisters, have all been referred to him. I have seen him for appointments on occasion when I traveled to Louisiana. We are trying to transfer my care there to him. Best Doctor Ever!

Dr. Guillory was on-call when I went into labor for my first child (June 2021). He was incredible and provided exceptional care to me and my baby during our (complicated) delivery. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Dr. Guillory and the nurses at St. Tammany Hospital
