Dr. Ladner was great. He did a good job on my daughters ankle surgery. I like his bedside manner. He was attentive and gave opportunity for questions. The office personnel on the other hand, rude. I had to get in touch with the office several different times and each time was the same. The lady was very rude and condescending. So much so that I dreaded even calling. By the third time, I couldn’t take it anymore I brought it to her attention that she was being rude. She completely ignored my comment. No apology or anything. As a nurse and member of this community, I am truly appalled. Maybe she needs to think about retirement or step back from direct patient contact.

My first visit was exceptional. Dr. Ladner is very professional but at the same time has a calm demeanor. He explains and offers options that are the best for you. I am 200% satisfied with Dr. Ladner and his team. I would highly recommend Dr.Ladner as he was referred to me by a friend who just had knee replacement surgery that exceeds her healing time. Thank you Dr. Ladner!

Dr Ladner replaced my hip and it gave me my life back. He is straight to the point and honest with his patients. I did exactly what he told me and it’s like I never had a hip problem to begin with. I always recommend Dr Ladner for orthopedic issues.
