Will see again and again. Very professional.
Dr Conn has helped me tremendously with the neck and back injury. Although I have further procedures to be performed, the previous procedures have provided relief in my back and neck. I highly recommend Dr Conn for your pain management and any procedure she recommends. I give a 5 STAR rating to she and her staff.
No, cancer patients don't normally receive opioids from their cancer doctor or Oncologist. My previous Oncologist refused to prescribe me oxycodone. Cancer patients usually receive oxycodone from a Pain management doctor. In fact Dr. Harrison who is a Pain management doctor is now my doctor who will prescribe oxycodone if I need it. He used to be my Pain management doctor over 5 years ago and recently I again obtained his services. BE CAREFUL! I have VERY painful incurable stage 4 cancer metastasis in my spine and lung. I have been taking oxycodone for 6 years. I made a new patient appointment with Conn on August 11, 2022 for September 1, 2022. That's an important 3 week gap to remember. I came into their office and I filled out a HUGE amount of new patient paperwork. I then talked with a nurse for about 10 minutes. I then waited for Conn. She never came in. A nurse or tech came back into the room. She stated that Conn doesn't deal with narcotics and I wouldn't be a good fit! I noticed in another review that Conn addressed narcotics e.g. she will prescribe them, but in small doses. Narcotics is NOT her preferred method. INFORM me/ ALL new patients that Conn does not like or prefer to deal with narcotics BEFORE you schedule a new patient appointment!!!. I didn't know the difference between a Pain management specialist and an Interventional Pain management specialist until I did some recent research online (after my appointment with Conn) while looking for another Pain management specialist. BE AWARE THAT A LOT OF NEW PATIENTS DO NOT KNOW THIS FACT. My appointment was a HUGE waste of my time and it cost me 3 weeks when I could have chosen a different Pain management doctor that does deal with narcotics. Now my oxycodone runs out in one week and I cannot find another Pain management specialist in time. I am also in-between PCP's. My new PCP does not prescribe pain medications. I also need referrals and records for my possible new Pain management doctor. This takes time that I don't have. This has put me in a possible unsafe and precarious situation. New patients don't know that they need to ask whether a Pain management specialist works with narcotics or not. Oxycodone for cancer type pain is common. Pain management facilities especially this one KNEW that Conn doesn't like to prescribe narcotics. This has been devastating. I don't know how I am going to get my pain meds in time. A VERY GROSS way to do business.
I do Not recommend this doctor. She showed complete indifference to my daughter’s condition that she has been treating for sometime. We traveled from out of town and she refused to see her claiming we were 15 minutes late . I feel I need to mention my daughter’s condition makes it very difficult for her to walk . However with one person in her waiting room we heard her verbally tell receptionist no can’t see my daughter and would not try and work us in . If I could give negative stars I would .
I went to Dr. Conn several years ago & she really helped with my pain management. I neglected my health these past several years do to covid & personal matters & was suffering daily in pain. I went back to Dr. Conn recently & after having injections I'm no longer in daily pain. Her staff is excellent & always helpful.
Dr. Conn is a very sweet, down to earth doctor! She always listens to all of my concerns and is very thorough with her patients. She loves what she does and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend her!

Dr. Conn is thorough and attentive, taking the time to listen and explain treatment options. Her office staff is polite and professional. Highly recommend!
Dr. Conn is a wealth of knowledge. She is patient and thorough; she really takes the time to listen without rushing and to explain treatment options. Her office staff is polite and professional. Highly recommend!
First time meeting Dr. Conn was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, as expected... but what really stood out was her compassion and kindness. You can tell that she truly wants to help her patients get BETTER and won't stop until they do. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
