He was nice enough during the appointment, and that’s where it ends. I had a blood level that was off and I (along with my pcp) reached out to him multiple times only to receive no response. Maybe I’m dying. Maybe I’m not. Who knows because this guy responds to NOTHING. The blood test is not an isolated incident. I recently needed help with an inhaler issue, left a message in the portal, waited almost THREE days for a response from his assistant, which was nothing more that a cold response about how they’ll do nothing. FYI, I solved the issue on my own without any attempt from these people to do anything aside from saying they wouldn’t do anything.
