Wonderful person ver caring hgrear doctor
Dr. Miller is a wonderful Doctor, very caring and professional.
Dr. Harold Miller's Covington, La office staff are miserable to deal with. They don't return phone calls, fail at processing "Prior Authorizations" to insurance companies and don't respond to pharmacists requests. I'm on the verge of seeking another Dr because of the office staff.
Dr. K. Acosta recommended Dr. H Miller to me for some apparent physical symptoms of a overactive thyroid. Dr. Acosta’s staff scheduled for 7.3.19 at 0945. The thing is I was listening to the appointment setup/confirmation. I came early on 7.3.19 - there no record of the appointment. Such a disappointment. Oh yes. The waiting room toilet was out of order.
Dr. Harold Miller (Covington, La) was an answer to prayer for me. I found him 9-10 years ago and I've been a patient of his since then. I saw 2 other doctors for my hypothyroidism prior to finding Dr. Miller yet I was continuously feeling bad while being treated & taking daily medicine. I'm thankful for Dr. Miller. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He truly cares about his patients. I only wish he had an office in Mississippi so I wouldn't have to make that drive
Dr. Miller was a gem when seeing my mom at the hospital. His staff at his Metairie location are beyond Rude and not helpful at all. They all have some serious attitudes. The last thing people want to deal with when going to the Doctor are rude people and this is all that they are.
Dr. Miller is awesome. The office staff is a different story. Some of them are so rude and lie about giving test results to me. If I did not go in person to get my test results, then I would never get them.
Just as ‘Julie from Mandeville’ stated up above: Dr. Miller is a great and personable physician. But, his front office manager (Anjel Broach), is BEYOND the rudest, most incompetent, vile & angry individual I’ve ever encountered at a physicians office. But, she can act as she wants...The problem I have with her, is her inability to follow-thru and execute her admin. responsibilities according to her obligations to the client/patients. She represents Dr. Miller’s practice extremely poorly. ????
Dr. Harold Miller is an absolute top notch provider. He is caring, compassionate, and relates to his patients on a personal level. He is very thorough and explains things in a way patients are able to understand. Absolutely fantastic in every way! I wish all physicians could copy his method. Thank you.
June 11th we had an appointment in Covington office. The woman at the front desk was the ugliest rudest person I’ve ever encountered. It was unreal. Dr Miller is great but his front office person has no hsocial skills and is a blight on his office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
