I made an appointment for my 80 yr old sister with Dr Beatrous. She suddenly could not hear at all. The office staff was great! Courteous and professional. Dr Beatrous removed ear wax but it was complicated. She had a hole in her eardrum since childhood. He did it patiently and thoroughly. I don’t believe another doctor would have taken the time and care he did to clear the problem. She could hear beautifully when she left his office. She still works and it was vital she could hear to answer phones. Thank you so much for taking care of my sister. I’d highly recommend Dr Beatrous to all family and friends.

I made an appointment for my 80 yr old sister. All of a sudden she could not hear. Dr Beatrous cleared her ears of wax. It was complicated bc she has a perforated eardrum since she was a child. He took great care to do a thorough , complete job. She could hear beautifully after her treatment. He explained what he was doing at every stage and could not have been nicer or more gentle. She works still and could not hear phone calls . He solved that problem ! The staff is excellent. Courteous and professional. Thank you for taking care of my sister.

Dr Beatrous is an excellent doctor. He is very kind and professional. My son was in terrible pain and Dr. Beatrous got him into his office right away and provided excellent care .

I suffered for many years with a deviated septum and just didn`t want to have the surgery. Dr Beatrous fully explained the procedure and recovery process which made me to feel comfortable about doing it. Now I can breathe so clearly and sleep much better. Thank you Dr Beatrous.

Dr. Beatrous took my tonsils out when I was 28 years old & did an amazing job. He always addresses any issues I have and is EXTREMELY thorough.

Dr. Beatrous has been all three of my kids ENT since they were toddlers. He is so patient and thorough. If you are looking for someone who is an excellent surgeon and works well with both adults and children you will be very pleased. I highly recommend him and his office staff is so accommodating.
