Sleep Apnea machine called Inspire is the best especially if you have Anxiety. He is also best ENT.

Doctor was arrogant and dismissive. The “AfterVisit” report stated he administered topical anesthetic (actin) before examining sinuses; he did not! He knows nothing about CSF leaks and gave advise contra indicated by another ENT and by Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and Harvard University sites. In my case, to have followed his instructions, would have been dangerous.

He made me wait up to 3 hours for an appointment. I made a 8:30 appointment. His office opens at 8:00. At 10:30 I left and haven’t seen him since. His nurse was even worse. I called for something she said she would get right back with me. The next day I called. She went on a vacation. I called her back after she got back. She again said she would call me right back. She did not. I complained about her to the dr. Then she got vindictive. Poos staff.

Warm, attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Yes, he is a physician, however, intellectual gentleman scholar is more descriptive. He is the physician you want in your corner in a health crisis. Dr. McLaughlin, if you read this, thank you on so many levels.

This has been my doctor that has treated me since I gained a tumor in my right ear that former in my ear drum when I was 7 and he is still my first choice for any ENT needs, gentle hands even with a scope. Went and had my ear cleaned and checked up and he stuck a scope in there for fun and sat there and explained everything going on in my ear and used a model as well to help me better understand my ear and issue and what’s happening, amazing doctor .

Waited 2 hours past appointment with no apology and no explanation. Can't trust a Dr that is this unprofessional. If I was 15 min late they wouldn't have charged me for a no show.

After waiting 2 hours to be seen, got up and left. My time is valuable also. If I had been 15 min late they would have marked me as a no show and billed my insurance. I sat there 2 hours no explanation and no apology. Completely unprofessional.
