I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Jordan were all very friendly and brilliantly helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Jordan clearly took his time to explain my condition as well as my treatment options. He was spot on from his diagnosis to treatment without missing a beat!

I was a patient at the Mandeville ED on 11/13/2021 because of extreme leg pain and swelling from a fall, I saw Dr. Kevin Jordan. Dr. Jordan made an appearance exactly one time, upon his initial introduction and evaluation. It was explained to me that blood work, an ultrasound and other imaging would be done which may take 2-3 hours. That was my one and only interaction with Dr. Jordan. There was no review or explanation of the blood work findings or the imaging. I could see the results on my patient portal as they came in and noted the flagged “out of range” results, such as my white blood count for one. Additionally, I noted on the summary visit that my temperature was 99 degrees when I checked in. If I’m not mistaken, both of these can be indicative of an infection. Thankfully I was able to follow up with my PC who prescribed antibiotics, steroids for inflammation and something for pain. Something I believe Dr. Jordan should have done; at the very least the first two!

Dr. Jordan treated my son for a stomach virus or food poisoning. He was compassionate and caring, and took the time necessary to evaluate my son thoroughly and to reassure me. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan.

Dr. Jordan did an excellent job of setting my son's broken wrist. My son was able to avoid surgery because of it. Not only is he an excellent physician, but his bedside manner is beyond reproach.
