Dr. Shamieh did an amazing job on my L4-5 ALIF/PSIF back surgery. I am 2 weeks post op. I can walk again! I had been wheelchair bound for five weeks while receiving Epidural injections. This is when I was found Dr. Shamieh and scheduled my surgery. His staff did an incredible job getting my insurance company to approve the surgery right away and had me in surgery in less than a week. The care from the staff, PA’s and Dr. Shamieh have all been informative, thorough and incredibly patient with questions or any concerns. The care I have received from my first appointment through surgery and post op has all been exceptional. My surgery was at Avala hospital and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care and treatment.

I’m a nurse at Avala, and saw the types of results that the Dr’s there got, but specifically Dr Shamieh. Amazing. I had my back surgery in 2020 and have had the most incredible results. I didn’t want to take pain pills for the rest of my life. I wanted and had to have results, and that’s what I got. My husband was so impressed that he too, had back surgery with him the following year. We’re both without back pain now. Thank you so very much, Dr Shamieh, and Avala!

I am a 63 yr old female who had damaged discs in my neck from a car accident 35 years ago. I have lived almost half of my life struggling with this nightmare and struggling to sleep. But I watched Dr Shamieh’s videos on his website and was confident then that he could help me. I could hear the passion in his voice for what he does. I am now one month post op after a cervical two disc fusion. Recovery fairly easy. But bottom line is, my decision to trust him was a life changing event for me. I now go to sleep fine and sleep all night. I can say I never really had any pain after surgery, just some discomfort. I cannot thank Dr Shamieh and his staff enough!

DR. SHAMIEH IS A REALLY GREAT DOCTOR!!! I HAD A SERIOUS BACK SURGERY PERFORMED BY HIM RECENTLY . THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLY GOOD!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM . HE WAS FANTASTIC!!!

Dr.Shamieh is very professional , knowledgeable & very patient with his patients . He takes the time to hear his patients out and answer any questions you may have. He assures that his patients have a very good understanding of what treatment plan he has for them . Thanks for all you do for your patients Dr. Shamieh ! I highly recommend anyone with neck pain (for sure) (that was my experience) or Sx in their future to be sure to consult with Dr. Shamieh .

Most definitely. Dr. Shamieh is a kind passionate man with a great bedside manner, for a surgeon. Always when I’ve seen him he was polite and considerate of my feelings. I just got discharged today and had to let everyone know. Dr. Shamieh is giving me a chance to live again without pain. I am very grateful to him for having performed a difficult surgery on me when I was denied by other doctors because of my age 61. Dr. Shamieh is the best! Thank You??
