I saw Dr McMullin for first time this week for ear problem following COVID and flying home from Europe. This was best doctor appointment I have ever had. They took me in 5 min after check in and his MA was excellent. I felt very confident with her and Dr McMullen and his audiologist. He explained to determine treatment I needed heating test as the virus can cause nerve damage. Fortunately within an hr the test was done and he explained he did not think it was nerve damage. He took time to explain what was going on and informed me with treatment he believes I will return to normal hearing in couple months. I cannot thank Dr McMullen and his team enough for such good care.
