I waited 2 hours to be seen, then the doctor had someone with him that was an intern or something (don’t know because he/they never introduced themselves). He explained to her, not me, what he was doing. I was given a prescription and told someone would check back with me in 2 weeks. I was never contacted. I called and asked and left a message, and still no contact. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr Acosta and his team are so amazing! If you need/want eye surgery, this is the only doctor to go to! I had an upper and lower eye blepharasty procedure and I’m so happy with the results! I haven’t been able to see my upper eyelids in years because I had the dreaded hooded eyelids. And I almost didn’t do the lower lids because they weren’t that bad but I’m so glad I did!

Dr. Acosta and his ENTIRE team are amazing! They made me feel so comfortable while I was there. During my procedure, 3 very sweet ladies came just to check on me because they knew how nervous I was. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dr and staff then Dr. Acosta!

I would never recommend this place to anyone! the office is beautiful, that's about the only good thing I have to say. I walked in and stood and waited at the counter for about 3-5 minutes while the receptionist played on her cell phone and never acknowledged me or apologized. After waiting 30 mins. or so to be seen, then waiting another 20 mins, in the room, I finally saw the doctor. I was told I'd be contacted to get a procedure done after they checked my insurance, that was 3 months ago, I am still waiting. I even called about a month ago and was told that the doctor still needed to review my file, I am STILL waiting. I will NEVER go back to this doctor. All around a bad experience!

Dr. Acosta and his entire staff are the BEST! Not only is Dr. Acosta an extremely talented and meticulous surgeon, he is also so very kind and caring (along with ALL of his nurses). It truly has been one of the best experiences! Thanks to you all!

I have been a patient of Dr. Acosta's for many years. He is simply amazing. I don't live nearby, but was referred by an ophthalmologist in New Orleans. I happily make the drive to see him. His office staff is hit or miss. Some are great and some are absolutely awful. Don't let a crappy receptionist deter you from making an appointment. He is worth dealing with an inconsistent office staff. The absolute best.

Dr Acosta and his staff are amazing! Dr Acosta is one of a kind, he has the best bedside manners and makes you feel so comfortable. I am very impressed with my eye surgery and the outcome. Thank you Dr Acosta and your team for such a great experience. He is the BEST of the BEST and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my eyes.

Beyond any results that I could have imagined. After years of my optometrist recommending both the procedure and Dr. Acosta, I finally took the leap. My surgery was medically necessary to improve my vision. The difference is amazing ! I am so thankful for the staff, Dr. Acosta and my tremendously improved range of vision ! The pretty smooth eyelids are a nice bonus ??
