The office of Dr.Davis is unprofessional and should not be in Healthcare. These are people's lives we are talking about. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to get my prescription for a medication just sent to the pharmacy. At first they sent the wrong prescription, the wrong dosage and I still think the manager is confused about which prescription is the correct one. I have dozens of back and forth messages and probably another set of dozens of unanswered calls by me to their office. It's almost impossible to reach their office as others have mentioned , and if you reach their office they direct you to the manager. Well the manager is the one who told me my prescription was sent , but the pharmaceutical company has no record of the manager sending such prescription. It's a constant loop of inefficiency. It's incredibly disappointing having to deal with this office. I was expecting better from Dr. Davis.

I ❤️ having Her as my Doctor and sorry She's not at LSU CLINC anymore. She needs to get an Office in New Orleans Area. Everyone is going crazy trying to get information on where we can see Her in New Orleans... Catherine Clark has mentioned that if she has any other Office here..

I agree with others that rated this office. Getting ahold of someone by phone is near impossible. Like others I've been trying to talk to someone about my prescription for Ochsner to refill my CPAP supplies. But no one calls back. Dr Davis needs to do something about this problem.

These people will never respond to calls or emails. Oshner home medical has been unable to fill my prescription for my sleep machine supplies for a Month because will not even answer their requests. I just saw this office Last Month! It's a round trip of 40miles for me! They don't Care! They are Terrible!

I love Dr Lauren she is very sweet and listen and not overtalking me so I highly recommend her

Dr. Davis is very nice and thorough, but the wait times are ridiculous, this way every time I have had an appointment. Today the waiting was packed, not a chair available for me to sit. When I asked if I could have a chair or wait in another room, receptionist told me I could wait in my car! Seriously? (In to heat or burn my $4.00 a gallon gas while I wait at least an hour to be seem? No thank you. While not go back.

So far, it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I had an at home sleep study which looks to me, via patient portal, that was very abnormal. I have not heard from anyone despite leaving a message. The voice mail was a bit curt when saying “do not leave multiple messages”. I am not happy at all, so am planning to see someone else who cares enough to communicate! Dr. Davis was my PCP recommendation and I plan to let them know!

I was a patient of Dr Davis for several years till the C-Pap recall. I was notified by e-mail. No call from Dr Davis’ office. Several calls to office resulted in no call backs. I would definitely not recommend this clinic. I received mixed messages from Philips one telling my machine not recalled and the other saying it was a recall machine. This office was zero help. I am moving on. I still do not know if my machine is safe or not. It is in my closet unused. And in addition the supplier of the C-Pap parts have sent me several parts that do not fit my machine.
