Urgent Care advertises they close at 8pm. I showed up at 7:20 pm to have my kids tested for strep throat. Receptionist immediately looked bothered that we even walked in. She told us it would be over an hour wait that there was 8/9 people ahead of us ... but she made sure to say it was our choice to wait or not. However no one was in the waiting area. The place was empty. Trust me, we don't want to be there either and I don't want the employees to have to stay later than they have to - I get it. They want to go home too. I decided to stay. She seemed bothered. However, they took my kids within less than 7 min after checking in. Basically, there was not 8/9 people ahead of us. It felt like she was just discouraging us to stay. There was another lady who came in right after me, around 7:25 pm. Receptionist told her as well that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. She decided to leave. Just frustrating that it feels obvious through body language and exaggerated wait times that they don't want to see patients! Maybe consider advertising that you close at 7pm instead of 8pm.

It's always a great experience when I go here for myself or my kids. Dr.Andry is by far one of my favorite doctors, he takes his time and never makes you feel rushed ! He is always patient and kind!

This urgent care was great! It was very clean. From check-in to triage, and face to face with the doctor, I felt we were well cared for.
