Payton Olson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Olsen stepped in while my doctor was out and she truly was outstanding. I am a very nervous Nelly and had about ten million and one question before, during and after labor. I couldn’t have asked for a more reassuring and calming presence when delivering my baby. Her ability to coach you through labor combined with her experience led to a successful birth and so far a great recovery. If you are looking for an OBGYN that will take care of you and listen to all your questions look no further. I can’t express my gratitude and admiration enough.

I think Dr. Payton Olson is an excellent doctor who is very cautious and careful with her patients and diagnosis. Although, my birthing days are long over, I can still positively comment regarding her approach to my medical issues. As an older patient dealing with more possible life threatening issues, Dr. Olson made me feel comfortable and less nervous about the scheduled surgery and possible outcomes. She also made me visit her twice prior to the surgery just to confirm that I understood the procedure. She was very caring and understanding towards my needs. Her approach was personal and professional throughout. Dr. Olson decision to suggest surgery was the right one because she found a cyst that she was able to removed. Her staff is excellent too. When you call to ask questions, they respond quickly with personal calls, and or, through my chart messages. I recommend her highly. Great doctor!💯

Dr. Payton Olson went out of her way to keep me from having a vaginal delivery. She was rude, condescending, didn't listen to me at all, and was visibly irritated whenever I asked a question. My first appointment with her I explained very clearly that I wanted a vaginal delivery and by the second appointment she was trying to have me induced for a c-section! To push her agenda further, Dr. Payton without any official evidence labeled my pregnancy as "high risk" claiming the baby's head was measuring slightly large. I fired her, got a second opinion, and went on to deliver a perfectly healthy 8.5 pound baby vaginally without any complications. If you want to feel heard and respected as a patient then Dr. Payton Olson is NOT the obgyn for you.

Dr. Olson is great! I love her. She’s been awesome with my pregnancy. She never makes me feel rushed, she always allows time for any questions.

Dr. P. Had me in and out so fast I was able to make it back to work in time to finish a few items. She asked questions and allowed me to voice any concerns. The nurses were AH-mazen!! She was recommended by my NP at SMH and I am very happy!

Dr. Olson is fantastic. She is very kind, compassionate and thorough. She took time to discuss and answer questions, which is important for someone of a certain age :). I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend her. The staff is awesome and welcoming as well. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment.

Dr. Olson really listened to my concerns, she was very understanding , professional and she made me feel comfortable . The nurses and staff are friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my visit . I would gladly refer her to a friend
