Excellent physician and team. Dr. El Khoury provided care via high tech telehealth to our family in Houston, Texas. Great care, incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and took time to understand our issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

NEVER sees patients in-person. Even if you go to his office, the nurse brings in an iPad and you "see him" while he is out of the building. And these types of visits occurred before Covid hit! He is not thorough or knowledgeable. I'm a healthcare provider and have worked with neurologists for years. I would give a 0 if I could.

Later part of August 2018, I was referred to Dr. El Khoury by my PCP due to a blackout causing a head injury while at work one day. I have never been a fan of doctor's for my own reasons but, the blackouts were more frequent and causing seizure like symptoms. Upon visiting his office in Covington after the 3 visit, I never went back, mainly because I never met the doctor personally, and seems like no one there could tell me a professional opinion as to what they assumed may have been wrong. As I agreed to an EEK, results came back clear, I saw my PCP as we've been working very closely since this mystery began. Several tests later, many blackouts and seizures over a period of time and many TIA's my PCP, begged me to go back to the Nuero which I had never met, but out of the respect for her, and symptoms were worsening, I followed up with the referral to Dr. El Khoury, in Slidell. Still haven't met him personally and I am so happy that I did, his team are very genuine and care about m??%

In my recent review comments about Dr. Khoury I may have neglected to mention his excellent NP, Mrs. Holly Leonard whom I view as being exceptional. She is extremely efficient, patient, and above all outstanding in her professional demeaner. Dr. Khoury has assembled the very best minds and character driven people that I have ever seen. Thank you Dr. Khoury for caring about your patients!
