1st visit: The office staff at Dr Robertson's office were not at all helpful. I came from tx and had time restraints and they wouldn't try to accommodate me. I wasn't able to get treated. Had to go home frustrated. 2nd visit: much better cooperation verdict is still out overall.

If you are looking for a CARING, ETHICAL, HONEST pain management doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Robertson. He will go above and beyond to explain every step of a procedure to make sure you are completely comfortable before going forward. And if it’s NOT necessary, he will tell you that as well. He TRULY CARES for his patients and what is best for them. I would recommend him for family and friends, and anyone looking for an ethical pain management doctor.

After going through several pain management doctors who simply wanted to throw medication at the problem, I found Dr Robertson. Well not all problems arer fixable, at least he shows interest in finding the root of the problem.

He is thorough in his examination, diagnosis, and explanation of treatment options. He is available to talk anytime. He explains procedures well and has excellent bedside manner. His staff is beyond accommodating. He reminds me of doctors who practiced before insurance and managed care took over. Old-school true patient care…

I saw Dr Robertson in March for consultation for a pain pump. I had the trial and the permanent implant on May 13 2022. Dr Robertson is very concise, compassionate, explains everything thoroughly, answers all your questions unrushed, and he is very very caring. His staff is very very courteous.

Dr Robertson has been amazing an even though i just started seeing him he got me added to the list to have my injection as soon as he could & has my well being at heart!!

The staff are very friendly and understanding. They will help you get appointments arranged at convient times and nice people. Dr. Robertson is the best doctor I have ever had in the last 15 years suffering with my back pain. He is very calm, compassionate and listens to you. I recommend Dr. Robertson to anyone who suffers with neck or back pain.
