First, Dr Roch Hontas is NOT Board Certified. Second, I went in for what he insisted was a “routine” surgery to remove a heel spur and release the plantar fascia. I was never the same after that surgery. He damaged the nerve that feeds the bottom of my right foot. He refused to see me in the office for continued followup even thought I was in horrible pain. Within 4 months he was referring me to a pain management doctor. I was changed forever after that surgery. I have lived with this pain for 26 years. Run don’t walk to another doctor!

Dr Hontas did my total knee replacement. He and all his staff are excellent ! I’ve recovered beautifully with zero complications.

Husband on 3rd hip replacement but first for that side. He could tell something wasn’t right from right after surgery and the first time he walked. Three months later he felt a pop in the front of the thigh and hurt worse for several days. It took several appointments to convey to this Dr. there definitely was a problem. He did a bone scan then referred us to another Dr saying the stem had turned loose and this surgeon did that type of repair surgery. We just had the surgery this last Monday and his quadricep muscles had turned loose and the hip ball and socket were not situated correctly so that had to be replaced. Already my husband is not in as much pain, but has a very restricted movement with his hip and is ordered to do next to nothing for the next 6 weeks. We do not appreciate that Dr. Hontas made it sound like my husband had done something when he had not and then didn’t tell us the truth about the hip replacement failure. If only I could rate him a zero!!!!!!!!!

Dr Honda’s is a very caring and thoughtful doctor. His compassion and empathy for my physical and emotional health was evident during my visit with him. I Highly recommend him to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Roch has treated my mom for years. She had her knee replaced, had some difficulties after surgery, but was able to overcome them with Dr. Hontas’ encouragement and excellent care. Several of my family members are patients of Dr. Roch. His entire team is amazing; his nurse Dana is wonderful and office staff is excellent.
