Dr. Chandler is the best. I had never had surgery before and he and his staff were so great. They put me at ease but also gave the best care. I'm so Thankful!

I’m a 31 year old female who went to this Dr upon recommendation. I have 2 kids and had an MRI of my back (as it has literally been feeling like I need to snap it in half). My daughter recently turned 7 months old and I expressed my concerns with holding her bc of my back. He ordered physical therapy which I did my best to complete but after my maternity leave ended, I had to get back to work. He literally spend maybe 3 minutes with me at this appt. Then, I went BACK after my physical thearpy informing him I just simply couldn’t find the time between being a mother and a full time employee. He ordered an MRI of back .. I went back to him freely thinking maybe I would get a little more time with him. Wrong, another 3 minutes in his office and he sent me straight to pain management. He did not read over my results with me and he didn’t look at my images of my MRI. They had just transitioned into a “new” system and he couldn’t pull them up. He never once offered to call me later with the results or even read over the written results that he had in his HANDS with me at the appointment to explain to me what was wrong. I have spinal stenosis, herniated disc, problems with my left and right nerve roots… arthritis and really no telling what else. My legs have given out on me at times when holding my daughter and I’ve expressed that to him. In my opinion he’s looking for that insurance money & how many patients he can see in a day. I literally NEVER write reviews but.. I wouldn’t recommend ???????This is my future and my childrens future and he didn’t take it seriously

Dr Chandler and his assistant Med Nurse Ashley gave outstanding, Polite,Caring, Generously service to me each visit they made sure every need was taking care of I really appreciate there services and I would recommend anyone to go see Dr Chandler he makes sure you are getting took care of the correct way the best orthopedic doctor to go see.. All the staffs where so polite and friendly as well
