I never write reviews but this needs to be documented. I’ve been a patient for almost a year and this Dr office has a history of being rude to its patients but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt but finally I couldn’t take it anymore. The office staff is rude. The Dr. Is very cold and not very friendly and he treats his patients like they are kids not adults no bed side manners at all. It is by far the worst Dr office I have ever had to deal with I experienced stress and anxiety every time I had to get a simple refill on a prescription. Do not go to the office is my warning save yourself the stress and find a Dr that actually is out for the best interest of his patients and has a pleasant staff.

Nurse practitioner was extremely rude. I went in to get my medicine switched due to side affects that were impairing my everyday life. She did not only not listen to the problems I was having but failed to even give me options or try to treat me in any way. Instead I was met with bad attitude, her constantly leaving the room, questioning me in a condescending manner, and giving me the same type of medicine. Then when I was leaving she asked if I was vaccinated which was unrelated and then proceeded to almost scold me. Very uncomfortable experience and I will not be returning. It's a shame because Dr. Saguiguit never treated me poorly and the rest of the staff had been very kind and welcoming. If you go make sure you see the doctor himself.

I've been seeing Dr Saguiguit for about 2 years..He is always on time and pleasant, but all business..Seems to ask all the right questions..

I've been seeing dr. Saguiguit for many years now and I am always satisfied with his care. His nurse And office workers are extremely polite. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

I love him, he listens and is very understanding and gives a thorough exam and catches stuff other doctors don’t and gets right in it to fix the problem

Dr saguiguit is very caring and conscientious about his patients. Plus, he is very punctual. His appointments are always on time. Office personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Saguituit is the best primary care physician I have seen. His ability to assess medical situations and render excellent medical care has far exceeded my expectations. Scheduling an appointment with his office is easy and convenient. The staff is superb. I am so impressed. I trust this Doctor so much that I have all specialists send my records to him because he understands medicine on a deep level. He may appear serious but sometimes you may be able to get him to chuckle! ??I trust him.

Dr. Saguguit is a skilled professional. He has been PCP for my husband and I since we moved to the Northshore 11 years ago. Referral doctors he uses are of the same caliber. Great staff! Because he knows his patients so well, he prevented my husband from having a heart attack in the field. We will always be grateful to Dr. Saguguit for that. I have had another doctor tell me that Dr. Saguguit is a great doctor, and if he needed a doctor himself, he would choose him. Not enough room here
