His PA, rusty I think l, was extremely rude and unprofessional, yelling and berating my wife because I had asked a question about the treatment program he was outlining. She left the room in tears. When I told him how unlike her it was to just walk out he simply sat there. No apology for his behavior, no attempt to salvage the relationship. Needless to say we will not be going back to an office that abuses its patients like this.

Best doctor I have ever had. Really cares about me as a patient. Listen's to my issue at hand and does everything he can to help. He has compassion. He is about wellness for me and not just money.

Very thorough and personable. First doctor I ever had who actually showed compassion. I didn't feel like he rushed through the visit. His explanations were clear. When he didn't have the answers, he was referred me to a specialist. My health has never been better. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff are rude and when trying to make an appointment they will put you on hold for several minutes and then give you a hard time about making an appointment. While in the waiting room I overheard 2 receptionists talking about another patient. Dr. was rude to me and did nothing for me. Waste of time.

Dr. Pinion was not helpful in my treatment and did nothing to help me and basically told me to follow up in Canton. Big disappointment!
