Very rude and dismissive. Was outright offensive at one point. Did not even address the primary reason we were there. Sent 32 pages of lab tests without proper diagnostic codes so my insurance won't cover it

Has cancelled my child's annual appointment 3 years in a row, final scheduled visit was not in the system and due to over crowding from Dr. Nelson taking 2 weeks off after having those clinic days fully booked my child was not able to be seen. Does not return phone calls. Does not care about parental concerns. Over books and reschedules appointments too frequently.

Had 3 annual appointments cancelled consecutively, last rescheduled appointment was not in the system when we arrived, does not return phone calls, does not care about parental concerns, takes months to get in for genuine concerns, wait time in waiting room is ridiculously long.

Finally a doctor who truly cares about how my child is doing. His clinic is very busy, but given that he is the best, makes sense. Figured out what was wrong with my son when all the other local hospitals could not. Thank you Dr Nelson!

Words cannot express the thankful I feel for finding Dr. Nelson, who took over the care of my 3 children for their epilepsy and autism. He is the most compassionate and caring doctor we have met, and my children are better because of him.
