Whoever works the front desk, her name starts with a T, is really rude. I showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment and she actually got mad at me for it. I didn’t know what time the appointment was for, I thought I was a few minutes early. Could’ve just kindly said I’m 20 minutes early instead of telling me, “You can wait in your car next time you come this early or just get here a little closer to your appointment time.” I hope this lady reads this. You were rude and didn’t need to tell me that. 👎🏼

This was our first visit to the clinic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made my son feel so special. Dr. McDaniel is AWESOME! She explained everything to me. My son was in a foul mood but she cheered him up. I can't remember the man's name that done the cast but he is definitely in the right profession. He is AMAZING with children!I will definitely recommend Dr. McDaniel and the clinic to my family and friends!!

Literally the worst experience with any clinic ever Liz is a receptionist that thinks she is a nurse and Dana is, a Hippa violating word I can’t even say online. Go elsewhere!!!

Dr McDaniel is amazing! She explains things well and is caring. My 5 year old twins have seen her for broken bones and now my 14 year old with a knee injury. Thank you Dr McDaniel for all that you do!!

I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. McDaniels and staff! My son has been struggling with multiple knee dislocations for the past few years, and her treatment in his last dislocation has been the best he's ever had! It's rare to find a doctor these days with her level of passion, enthusiasm and care in their field! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait time which is usually an hour! I know she's extremely busy, but I do get frustrated because my son's appointments unfortunately have to be scheduled during school hours.

Had a good expierence here, which is great because there are not many places to bring children with bone and joint injuries on the Northsore without driving to New Orleans. The who staff has been great and helpfu. Very professional with ther care and recovery plans.
