A true disappointment, indifferent to me the patient, does not know much about compromised immune systems nor does she make any effort to find out. Medical assistant is not professional, lots of gossip, petty small-minded doctor who is not professional either.

I recently Located to Covington from Slidell and needed a New Primary Care Physician. Dr Ovella is Fantastic. So Attentive, Thorough, Caring, Knowledgeable. The Entire Staff is So Pleasant and Helpful. The Office itself is Immaculately Clean and well lit. Comfortable Seating. To me all of these things are Part and Parcel of the overall experience. Her Assistants and LPN’s Are Awesome. Saw LPN Kirsten this morning. Just Perfect Bedside Manner, Helpful, Reassuring, Knowledgeable. I like the Time they afford you for questions and comments. At No Point do you Feel Rushed. We have recommended that our Family switch to Dr Ovella and there is No Better Recommendation than that . The Hippocratic Oath is in Good Hands in this practice. If your looking for Quality Thoughtful, Caring Medical Care. Look No Further!
