Dr. Doran treated me on 10/20/19 at St. Tammany Parish Emergency Hospital in Mandeville. Dr. Doran is extremely intelligent, exhibits excellent customer service, empathy, excellent listening and communication skills, is very quick to act, start treatment by taking immediate action to make her patients comfortable, get them out of pain, then discusses her plan of treatment with her patient and they are able to understand and communicate due to her quick actions to gain the patient’s trust and make them comfortable. I have been singing her praises to every person I have come into contact with since I met her for the first time as she treated me Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM. I will do everything in my power to have my insurance company allow me to choose her as my Primary Care Physician. How wonderful it is to find a doctor who participates in active listening with patients and shows them respect and patience Very Sincerely and Grateful, I Remain, CAROLE L FRITTER
