The Doctor is always on “Point”!??

In May I made an appointment with an Endocrinologist (not Dr Tran) but the appointment was not until early October. I then found out I could see Dr. Tran in mid August so I booked an appointment. The appointment arrived, the visit was done and blood work was ordered. I asked Dr. Tran if I need to schedule another appointment to go over the blood results and he said no, that he would call me to discuss the results and any changes that need to be made to my medication. I had the blood work done within a few days and Dr. Tran had the results in another week. I did not hear from him so I called his office and his nurse said he would be in touch. Weeks went by and Dr. Tran never called me, even though I left multiple messages with his nurse. His nurse even said she would talk to the office manager but still no response. I had kept my appointment with the other Dr. in October so I went to see him, got my new proscription. Now it is exactly two months since my visit to Dr. Tran and still he has not called me. I am thankful there is another Endocrinologist in my area and I recommend anyone considering using Dr. Tran look elsewhere.

Been a patient for 8 years. Last two visits (including today) had to wait nearly two hour after appointment time to be taken back to a room then another hour to be seen. Two and a half hours behind at 11 AM is ridiculous. Will be looking for a new doctor as this has happened the last two times I've been there

The office staff is beyond terrible. They are consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and unreliable. I have been a pt of doctor trans for 3 years s/p thyroid CA and dread having to be seen. On numerous occasions they have failed to call me back or communicate with my insurance company. Wait times are on average 2 to 2.5 hours for a less than 5 minute interaction with Tran. I understand a bad day, over scheduling, and being short staffed but every visit is the same. As for Tran himself .. okay.

Communication with Insurance Carrier and the Pharmacy is terrible. I have been waiting approximately 6 weeks trying to get a prescription approved and filled. Luckily it isn't a life saving drug!
