Zain Kassam's Online Review Report Card

Knew needed a Cardiologist because of my family history. Was in the waiting room recently with our son who is his patient. We were already impressed with our son’s care from Dr. Kassam. Dr. Kassam came into the waiting room to apologize to his patients because of staff shortage on that day because it was taking longer than usual to be seen. So humble, so caring & considerate! Have never experienced or heard of a Dr apologizing for a wait until then. That’s all I needed to book an appointment immediately. His examination couldn’t have been more thorough, his attentiveness to my concerns was and still is amazing. My husband, son, grandson and friends are all now his patients. Also must comment how this entire office runs like a well tuned clock. From the receptionist to the schedulers to the techs to lab to the procedure rooms……each and everyone of them beyond any medical group we have ever encountered. Thank you Dr. Kassam for being you, my family and friends all love you!

I am happy to leave this excellent review about Dr. Zain Kassam. I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Kassam. I needed to be seen and he saw me right away. He was very thorough with his evaluation and tests and knew the medicines I needed to be taking. All of his staff is friendly, especially his nurses. They knew I was concerned and explained about the questions I had.

My visits with Dr Kassam were thorough and complete. He made me feel that my health was important to him. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns in a way that I understood them. Great doctor/patient relationship and I recommend him to all of my family and friends. I feel blessed to have found this doctor.

Dr Kassam spent time with me at every appt. asking many questions and really delving into my past history. He adjusted some meds giving me much better results. He does not like to prescribe meds if at all possible which i like. He explains every detail of his thinking as it relates to my health. I really appreciate his interaction and feel totally CONFIDENT in his professional approach for my health outcome. I Highly reccomend Dr. Kassam

Dr Kassam is fairly new to our area but not to Cardiology. He had already grasped the concept of Southern Charm, placing the patients concerns first then meeting in the middle about what needs to be done. He is extremely thorough in his assessment history and plan for the future. If you are even thinking about switching or finding a new Cardiologist, please give him a look before he gets inundated with patients. Once the word is out about how god he is he’ll be booked solid. We’ve had a wonderful experience with him so far.

Dr. Kassam is so very nice. He listens and explains tests. His bedside manor is over the top. I would recommend him to any person that needs a great Cardiovascular Physician.
