I was very disappointed in the emergency room employees I went to bring my dad when we got there a lady and her husband was already waiting she was very ill she was vomiting and in extreme pain yelling from being in so much pain but no one helped for the hour that we were there even though she screamed and was saying she couldn't breathe the employee's were extremely cold she needed another bag to vomit in they never offered her a new bag her husband had to go to the window and say help my wife.

I went to the Crowley location on March 24,2023 for an outpt procedure. I have worked in healthcare for 26 yrs, but never at this hospital or any facility affiliated with this hospital. I give it 5 ’s! The facility was very clean from the front lobby to my room. The employees were all excellent from the registration clerk, the nurses, the doctors, all the way to CNA’s and housekeeping. Everyone is walking around with a smile on their face. I would gladly have them take care of myself and/or my family at anytime!!

Do not, I mean, do not bring your children here. They are waste of time they don't do for children. Child has 102.7 fever and they only do swab for Covid-19 the flu, RSV and strep throat. Don't expect to have a respiratory panel done here cause the pediatrician have to order for that. Child has been having respiratory problems all last year and into the New Year. Lesson learned not to ever come here again with my children.

ER was put on lock down due to a person coming in that was stabbed by a family member that they thought would show up to finish the job.

The NP lance is amazing. He listens he listens to everything you have to say and truely listens and tries to understand. I wish I had him Everytime!!!!! He helped me so much when I went last time. The guy at the front desk is so friendly and I just love him!!!!!! I hate Dr leleaux I liked quereshi.

I had the VID in November 2020. My stay was 2 long, painful very difficult months. I was given last rights. But they pulled me through. They saved my life.
